While the SEC clearly WARNS investors away from sub-penny OTC SCAMs like $ONCI, investors still have a legitimate case with the obviously FAKE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS Berman continues to upload to otcmarkets.com

Between the financial statements that FAIL EVERY SNIFF TEST imaginable and the LYING TWEETS that Berman has put out for nearly 3 years now, underwater investors have a case against the company and it's ONLY employee who has manipulated naive investors into believing his CON.

You won't get any money back, but you might get some satisfaction when $ONCI is delisted and Berman is sanctioned.

When one stock draws enough attention, via a handful of complaints, the SEC typically takes a look.
