Fake news: Zombie

Zombie companies have no employees. Zombie companies do not refresh their website. Zombie companies do not vigorously defend themselves in court. Zombie companies do not pursue damages against those that seek to damage the company. Why would a Dan Montano and his cronies go after cvbt if it was a Zombie company. A Zombie company would not go to the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference. A Zombie company would not have recent updates on clinical trials.gov.

My conclusion: cvbt is not a Zombie company.
