Waypoint Refinery starts the same time (sure its a 20 year old business with a new name...), anyway, the only client is PCTI. This merger is their inaugural deal for the newly refurbished business. IMO, Waypoint and ELTZ are a team. I'm not sure about PCTI's role in all of these, but I'd suggest they got taken like the rest of us. IMO. Its over here folks. I'm signing out on this one. Hope to see you all on some other ticker sometime. All IMO.
