Sorry guys I didnt mean to leave you hanging.

I spoke with Mr. Umbra and he was not aware of the incident. He read through it while I was on the phone and he does not know who any of those people are. He also didnt think it was anything that theyu need to be concerned about but decided to confirm. While I was on the phone he called one of their attorneys and it seems they all agree that this is not an issue for them to be too worried about. He said that the will be looking into it just to make sure that its nothing. I asked if he thought the old management could be involved and he said that those names dont ring a bell and that he will be looking into it regardless just to make sure. I asked a few questions about the old management and he said he could not discuss anything in reference to that issue which sort of tells me that their must have been some agreement or that the old guys were already dealt with legally. Just speculating.

I told him that I appreciated his letter and that I found it very insightful. I tried asking some clarifying questions about the letter and he would not budge on giving me any more info than was in the letter/press release. I told him that while the letter was great it did seem to be much shorter than his typical letters and that it almost seemed that he didnt want to write it especially considering the timing of the release on a Thursday at 11:00 before everyone goes to lunch. He chuckled and said that he really wouldnt be comfortable commenting on that. That was VERY interesting to me because he could have just told me that I was wrong and that he wanted it out for everyone to red.

We asked about UCIX and he again told me that he could not discuss that at this time. I asked if was leaving UAT and he again told me that under no circumstances was he leaving the company or abandoning any single shareholder. He was very pronounced and clear on this point. He said he understood why some might think that but he said "that there is no way on Gods green earth that he was leaving UAT, ever. My children are being groomed to come into the company and work with which I am very much looking forward to". This is not the first time he has said this to me and I know a few others that he has mentioned his children working with him when they are old enough.

I asked if he got a lot of calls or emails on the press release and he sad yes and that he was in the process of replying to most of them. He said they have a lot going on and his response time to emails is definitely "taking a hit" as he put it. I told him I bet he is very busy if hes up to what I think hes up to. He laughed.

We discussed a few business things as well as some current event issues and it ended cordially as usual. The guy is one of the friendliest CEO's I have ever dealt with and I have NEVER had a CEO take my call (or return my call) after hours or n a weekend. Its really difficult to not like the guy. lol
