That is absolutely right, my plan is to be debt free and take a wealth management class if this goes to that level. Then collateralized xrp to buy an apartment complex or a couple of houses and have that income pay off the xrp loans. And I'll be selling a little bit at a time as it goes up because the longer I wait the less xrp I will have to sell
