Be honest, I really don't understand why some people had kept doing this kind of losing game --- buy at 0.0002 then hold for just a while and end up selling at 0.0001 to lose 50% principal! Even at $0.0002 ACTL is still too cheap to be missed out --- mere $139K MV!

If we could find just a few long-term investors like us who could hold ACTL for at least one year then all the float (300M ~ 350M shares) will be quickly locked up so that no shares for sale at 0.0001 or even at 0.0002 anymore!
