Burgers were .19 cents (yer basic cheesburger) and root beer was a dime.
It rained a lot in those days (back in 1967) so puddles can be seen in the photo. But other than that things weren't too bad.
We'd walk around 4 miles to get to the movie house where because McD's was close it was a natural stopover.
Why once I even got into a fight around back (ha - no I'm just kidding but someone probably did)....
Wish I knew then what I know now (I would have bought some shares).....
Thing is now up at around 213 - Man....I should have even bought some 2 weeks ago !
Not to mention when it broke out in year 2016 !.....
Because when I saw that then ?......
I thought "Wo !....Holy smokes ! Why THIS might be the most bullish chart I've ever seen".......
I also (at that time) was quite enamoured with WalMarts' chart :
