I totally agree, and it will force folks to do their DD and be more patient.. I do not think the rule change is going to happen so fast though. There is a lot of push back at the moment.. If they do some how push it through i still think they are going to give dark companies 3 years or somewhere in that range to get current before going to the grays... SEC reporting ones maybe 2 years...

Some legit companies do fall on hard times so they have to give a justified leeway to those...

Yep OTCRE folks do that so often. I have the service and use it for much different reasons... It is a great service, but those who do not know how to use it properly can get taken to the wood shed so much faster then they use too...
