FZRO I was able to reach Wayne Bailey. I found his phone number and contact info in the 2017 Annual Report. I called him. He answered and confirmed new ownership of FZRO.

I asked him what was coming in. He said he was sorry but couldn’t tell me that info. I asked if there was a viable business. He said yes.

I asked him if OTC Markets was going to be updated and filings filed to get current. He said Yes and the new ownership was going to do everything.

I asked about the previous ownership. He said he could not speak for them but they are out of the picture 100%.

Wayne was very nice to speak with and polite.

The SS here is incredibly small for a .01 stock. 24 milly float and 111 Mill restricted with a 250 Mill AS.

It’s almost about as perfect as it can get!
