First of all, the PDR's that will be issued to shareholders will be "saleable".

But secondly, and most importantly, shorts will have to pay those PDR divys if they hold shares short when the divys become due and payable.

That's the key to preventing them from shorting, especially if PYPR contines to do it on a continuing basis as more carbon sequestration property is acquired.
