Considering he has financed the company on multiple occassions, traveled the world seeking investment, brings together 30 years of mining and CEO experience and vital contacts in finance, mining and government and is building a billion dollar operation

And nothing to show for it yet. No financing. No mine. No operations.

Yes the mines making no money

There is no mine. Just ground with minerals that the company doesn't own yet.

Until he produces financing, his salary should be cut.
