Here are the words from a close friend of mine who has been a small business owner for 21 years. In today’s world, business owner’s must use social media to their advantage as a communication tool for their customers and investors. Having a website that is outdated, as EQLB currently does, could hurt business more than help it. Currently, EQLB’s website states at the top “Launching Product 2019”, then further down shows 4 new flavors, but has said “Sold out” since inception a year or so ago. That would be fine if they stated their current status and plans for restocking, however seeing that it doesn’t, they should either update it or de-commission it as in its current state it does more harm that good as it insinuates that they are out of business or in some sort of limbo. Energy drinks are abundant and people will gravite to others that are available whether they like Last Shot or not, so communication with customers is a must in order to keep them. Yes they need to take baby steps, but communicate along the way to keep your customers and interest in the product. I am still very positive and I like the product, just want Mo to start communicating more as he promised he would, especially now that the new can has finally become available.
