I believe what I know to be true, based on a year and a half worth of being “in the know” and focusing on this company. It’s not because anyone told me what’s true here! Real investors do Due Diligence on their investments and make their own investment determinations based on everything that they know about the company, the stock, the management, etc. The entire picture is considered. I don’t make decisions based on excerpts of an old SEC filing, copied and pasted to a message board by someone who just showed up, who obviously has motive. I read and deciphered that very 10Q inside and out back in Sept. I have tried to read every piece of information available on Verus, and I am always looking for more DD/info. I also communicate with IR on a regular basis. There isn’t much if anything you can tell me that I don’t already know about this company. If my sentiment ever changes, it’ll be because of something that I have learned for myself and I will come to my own investment conclusion. I am not a professional trader. I am a solo investor in my own time. I have a career and I travel a lot, so I spend that time profiling companies and potential investments. I treat investing like my own business. I trade/invest only after I know enough and believe in the investment. I’m not a flipper and I don’t aim for tickers based on theory or a tip. I may start looking at a particular company based on a tip, but I’ll make my own sentiments. I invest in growth companies with solid foundations and trustworthy management. We have that here and until we don’t your barking up the wrong tree. Anshu didn’t lie. It was their intention to uplist in 2019. It got pushed back a quarter, big deal! He also bought 3 companies, bought a manufacturing facility and secured new financing, all which he didn’t predict or “intend to do.” So, in this regard a reasonable person comes to the conclusion, that while we didn’t uplist, we did have a heck of a year and maybe, just maybe his time was best spent growing and expanding, rather than documenting for an uplist. Now we have hired a CFO and a top notch accounting firm to perform internal audits, so Anshu can keep doing what he’s good at, GROWING. I’m sure he wanted to uplist in 2019, we all did, but most would not choose to give up any of the monumental landmarks that we achieved this year, just to have gotten to a big board. That will happen when it’s supposed to. The pps will ultimately always follow a sound business, with competent management, and huge revenue growth quarter after quarter with triple digit growth projections through 2021 with a history of hitting those projections. That’s a stock I want to be invested in and that’s a stock that I will continue to be invested in for the foreseeable future. There is nothing for me to fear here, it’s all upside from these levels. IMO
