There isn't anything. It was false information, a scare tactic to probably fill at lower price. There is not and has never been SEC litigation against this company, CEO or any of it's members. This has also never been a shell. The company is 100% legit, you can call them and verify as well as check state required filings for business operations. They are making any and all required SEC filings when necessary...along with PR and Update/News information as needed.
