At least he's actually doing something. Like stated a million times before, most other pink CEO's would of diluted the crap out of this already. Took the money and run. You know that. He didn't, plus you know his history of paying off debt and retiring shares. Not a usual thing for a 'stinky pinky' CEO to do.

Beside's, he didn't promise, exact results on an exact date. They are trying, perhaps they will be successful, perhaps not. No need to portray it in any other light.
