Change of control back in October, and new management was brought onboard. I would speculate this is either a RM or JV with the Elvictor Group, a large Greek crew management outsourcing/offshoring company that has been in business for over 40 years, has offices in 12 countries, and employees over 10K seafarers a year, to work on 350 vessels.
