Pink current stocks that are SEc reporting allow conversions after 6 months....if you read far enough into the conversion part of the note, you’ll see that it can convert at 50% discount to market w a 25 day look back....the interest rate is like a bad credit card...24% from day 1....it’s tough to get good deals in the otc...but they need the money to get things done
