I agree. This ticker was prepped for a takeover and then merger. I believe UATG shares will be converted over via some metric we dont know of yet (I would expect some type of announcement on this shortly after they announce merger which has to be within 4-6 weeks maybe) but it only benefits the company to bring us with them to help meet regulatory requirements to uplist which this company has obviously been prepped for in conjunction with some of the changes that have been made to UATG structure over the past 36 months. They have been planning this for at least 3-4 years IMO. Very methodical and disciplined. It is impressive that they have kept it quiet this long. Probably helps that most of the guys working there are military and intelligence people.
