will the GOV dilute us 4:1 but to capitalize the company with say 80B cash which puts us at $20

or

Does the GOV void the warrants

Does the GOV sell the respective warrants back to F and F at say 3 -4 dollars a share equivalent value (i.e. huge discount) --- then F and F go out with Billions of shares at $10-30 a share
