be updated with non material events"
No blog is needed for that purpose. If a press release is too expensive, then Heddle could file an 8-K under Section 8 - Other Events:
"Item 8.01 Other Events.
The registrant may, at its option, disclose under this Item 8.01 any events, with respect to which information is not otherwise called for by this form, that the registrant deems of importance to security holders."
Lots of companies do it. More eyeballs would be drawn to it than a silly website blog. If they gave a damn about the website it wouldn't carry so much dated and downright incorrect information. The problem is that this Company has a great deal of trouble providing the public information that is REQUIRED. It's ridiculous to think that it would start to make voluntary filings to provide information that it merely "deems of importance to security holders".
OR they could make up little posters and nail them to telephone poles and ask local retailers if they could tape them to their store windows:
Come one, Come all!!!
SP & crew are physically in NYS.
WooHooooo!
But can it core A apple?
