I see that you can’t specify any specific wrongdoing. Because there is none. Management does not control a stock price. In this se for in particular, the hedgies and the trading algos do. So let’s give a hedgie control of the company. And let’s watch them tank the stock and buy the company even cheaper. Great idea.
