It’s not retail, it’s MM. Their job by definition is to provide liquidity. Say I buy 1 share at 0.0002 when the pps is 0.0001. That’s a 100% increase and hits scanners. Say your brokerage still charges a commission for trades. No one sells 1 share for a fraction of a fraction of a penny and pays between $4-7. Know the game so you can play the games.
