We all knew the buyback would be slow & steady. The only way a buyback has a huge positive effect is if a company gets super active in buying back. But everyone knows there are rules as to exactly how a company can buy back shares. And with the volume as low as it's been for months now, they can only buy back a small amount at a time per the rules. I guess I'm not understanding the point of your post.
