What's with the library valuation Parkl?

I took at look at it, and based on the early 2011 valuation Swazk Consulting made (without claiming any responsibility for accuracy) but rather based on HHSE's own valuation formulations from returns on these films nearly a full decade ago, the "library" as it exists today would actually be worth ZERO.

Who is conducting the current 2020 "library" valuation? Exactly?

As this "library" valuation remains (and actually increases) on your OTC financial reports, HHSE must have a verified third party conducting the valuation, right?

And as the accuracy comprises nearly 80% of the reported HHSE balance sheet, this information is critical for both current shareholders and future investors.
