I went to the hearing myself. First up was XHUA. The judge told the attorney he did not get the shareholders permission forms in the court computer. The attorney did not have a print out to offer the judge. The judge looked again and said it was just scanned blank pieces of paper. So the attorney asked once he resubmits the documents does he need to come back or could the judge just make the decision once he gets the papers. The judge said since there was no opposition he could just decide the case when he gets the documents.

I spoke to the attorney outside the courtroom after the hearing and he said he’d resubmit it ASAP. He said he’s never had to do this before but he thought the judge would take up to 2 weeks but he said maybe the judge would decide to reschedule a hearing date to decide which would have been 6-8 weeks. But in reality the attorney submitted the papers and the judge did it fast. There weren’t that many attorneys in the courtroom for their hearings so the judge must of had time to decide the case.

This is all to the best of my recollection. I’m no legal expert.

But it was decided today after all. Now we await news from the CEO
