The news of the CEO's comment about being close to a resolution of the lawsuits caused this move! And LOW and BEHOLD someone knew about that BEFORE HAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now what do ya think will happen when it is actually announced they have settled???????????? MY WAG is back and north of $10 and in a flash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which in turn will cause a short squeeze even more than what is going on right now!

Even if they have been able to whittle it down to say 25 mill short it will be epic in nature!!!!!!! $ 10 may be far to low in a squeeeeeeeze
