Maybe you can explain Why are voting rights so important in a Nevada Corp. Or explain why lowering the S/A was made such a big deal out of. No place does anyone talk about the S/A only the float and S/O are the key numbers. Go to pink sheets or Yahoo or the NASDAQ site not one word about Shares Authorized but on this board it seems like the greatest thing since 7 up. With a stoke of a pen the S/A can be lowered or increased.
