CRTC submission is a joke!
TNW still a bona fide wireless carrier with INOPERATIVE NETWORK? No subscribers as in NONE! No roaming agreements found with any other carrier in the world NONE, despite fact that agreements executed and in place with AT&T, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile and Verizon covering over 310 million US subscribers. Full of misrepresentation like the written request to Bell Mobility for roaming agreements BEFORE the proposed RuralCom transaction had received shareholder approval, which did not occur until February 12, 2017. What is purpose of the submission. Best that could come from it for TNW Wireless is pathway to become an MVNO, though their current CCAA Proceedings will prevent them from getting any credit or beneficial billing arrangements from any of the Canadian incumbent carriers. If TNW were to be so stupid as to enter the MVNO market expect the competition to hand them their heads after a few months of spending their way to oblivion. This will predictably lead nowhere for UAMA shareholders and the market seems to have figured that out already!
