Surprised by the lack of sell-off...

I'm a bit surprised that GTCB hasn't sold off today. I would have thought the majority of the shares voted against the deal and share expansion (3.5 million shares or so) would have sold today. I guess the majority of those shares have been sold already, are waiting for a higher price, or are just going to keep their shares even though they disagree. Hopefully, the hater's are gone by year-end so GTCB can show the rest of us some new year cheer. Any thoughts?
