Greetings Fellow Readers,

Its 1-16-2020 at noon C.T. and Cyios has traded 163,000+ shares today already. Yet the last post on this board was showing as done on 1-13-2020.

One of the things I've yet to see on the message board is how is the stock still trading "if" Cyios is responsible for this $500,000 fine, or where the money potentially comes from ?

Where does a company "disgorge" money it doesn't have and why would the stock be re-instated etc. etc. etc.. And why are there the requirements to file financials - if as some posters speculate the company is dead?

Well here are some things to think about:

1. Obviously the shell was sold - and that would bring value - how much? We don't know - but it had value.

2. Secondly there should be insurance to cover malfeasance by officers or the responsible board actions - to protect shareholders. How much is that and does it still exist ? Technically I've never seen a company no matter how small that is publicly traded - that doesn't have such a policy and its typically millions of dollars in coverage. I'm assuming legal fees for the lawsuit was a portion of it - but certainly not all of it.

3. Because I Hub message board has been quiet the last 3 days doesn't mean a lot - because trading is still continuing each day - so apparently CYIOS isn't halted - and the SEC certainly would have known our cash positions long before the fines were set - but less the reporting requirementsa.

4. Negative players obviously love the confusion and uncertainty and chances to buy the stock as low as 5 and 6 cents. Personally there are too many variables that appear to imply we as shareholders are not only still surviving - but possibly may have reasons for good news that the recent news doesn't address or explain.

What am I doing? I'm certainly holding my shares - and in my history - every time I did this when there appeared to be positives (unexplained) that were offsetting negative news that had come out - I was far better off "hanging-in-there" for clarity.

What's my point? We still haven't seen the required end of year financials to show what we have left and also why buyers are still acquiring.

Risk-Reward at this point seems to point to holding - not dumping imo.
