how you figure it is mismanaged? Seamus took a disaster and turned it around into a revenue producing situation with forward outlook.

much as you all bitch about Seamus, he's your best shot at seeing the stock price recover. very few could pull off this level of finance mastery.

Seamus used otc markets to its fullest extent for financing. as such, share price and structure suffered. but the business objective was achieved.

like i have said, most shareholders don't think much farther than their own wallet.
