If it ever seriously came into question, I believe it would take a judge and some good patent attorneys to truly settle the issue of who owns the patents. Since I am not that, I can only offer my opinion.

For the SkiQ design patent, it is my opinion that the company owns the patent by virtue of its ownership of Skyfidelity which is shown as both the Applicant and Assignee for the patent by the USPTO.

For the other two patents, since the USPTO shows Max Li and Roy Ting as the Inventors, Applicant and Assignee for 8,849,596, and as the Inventors and Applicant for 8,781,639 (no Assignee is shown for this patent) and I have seen no documentation that legally transfers ownership of either patent from Li and/or Ting to Tri Cascade, it is my opinion that Li and Ting are the legal owners of both patents.
