Just got out of the hearing. The attorney submitted the shareholder permission sheets backwards to the court filing system. So they are just blank sheets of paper as far as I understood the discussion. The decision is on hold until attorney resubmits it and judge reviews it. The attorney asked the judge if it could just be decided when the judge gets the document and the judge said that would be ok since there’s no opposition. I spoke with the attorney and he said the process could take up to two weeks for the decision or the judge may want to schedule a hearing for the decision. It’s always up to the judge.
