Not exactly. Read it carefully. Look at how many times he alludes to restructure, realign etc and his reference to partnerships and subsidiaries (plural). Theres a lot more to this one. I also think its very telling that this is the shortest letter hes ever put out. Almost as if he doesnt want to say too much or as if he really didnt want to put it out at all but had to for some reason. Maybe compliance or regulatory driven? They also released it around 11:00 a.m. on a Thursday! No one does that unless its meant to be as un-noticed as possible. Most press releases go out at beginning of the week and at or just before the bell like they usually do (to have the most impact on trading). These guys wait until end of the week late morning? They have never done that before.

I really do think something is happening here and they are doing the minimum to meet requirements so that it is kept as quiet as possible until the last minute. We have to be getting close. A lot of changes being made VERY subtly.
