don't think this will end well.
They need a lot of cash, they are almost out. A hedge fund takeover won't help. They will still need a lot of cash. Is the hedge fund going to give them that. too?
last year they lost nearly 275 mil on 11 mil in revenues
They have no other approved products other than the pain patch post shingles which generated only 11 mil. in revenues in 9 months
I'VE SEEN A LOT OF BUYOUTS BUT NONE LIKE THIS, the offer is 7 and the stock can't hold 4.40
If this were real we would be north of 6
