The fraudulent tron stock issuance to a Biofinn corporation that did not exist at the time was exposed and complaints were filed with federal securities regulators by factcheckers.
Despite all the false pro tron claims made to discredit the obvious illegal issuance, tron knew they had to do something about it.
Hence the submission of a NOTICE OF MATERIAL EVENT which states :
found that 80,000,000 shares of Toron common stock had been issued to Biofinn without supporting documents and prior to Biofinn Corp being founded.

That was exactly what FACTCHECKERS filed with securities regulators. Exactly lol.
The same submittals that pro troners FALSELY stated over and over were not submitted.
They were fake
Post proof or no submittals were sent.

Adding red emphasis on key points of a document one wishes to focus a readers attention to is a very common practice.
Stating something is “photoshopped” is designed to imply the document is fake.
That statement is typical of what is commonly seen here on tron.
