Yes of course What O&D would want to own stock without voting rights? As a matter of fact in Nevada these corps can do as they want with out shareholders voting. One day we wake up with all kinds of changes made without us knowing about it. Voting rights in a NV corp really mean nothing to us. We have no voice at all!!!
