Its an interesting history of the abuse perpetrated by the big three, but I doubt it will make any difference. The CRTC are in the pockets of the big three, and I personally feel its no longer fit for purpose. A while back it looked like some of the senior politicians where going to do something about it, but eventually just stood back after some virtue signalling.

They are right to raise the issues, put it all on record...
