I bot SPRL before it ran to .30 I have been in awhile lets say. Couple things I have learned over the last 2 years:

1) News never comes when you expect it to.
2) Sam is in charge, and it is up to him as to when news gets released.
3) Sam is not overly concerned about daily price fluctuations. He is a long term guy, goal oriented.
4) Patience is the only way to invest in this stock. If you are a flipper, move along- this is not the stock for you.
5) Keep in mind that there are other deals in the works.
6) This is still a penny stock and susceptible to all the crap that goes along with being a penny stock.
