“Had a brief call with Chas on Friday. He stated they are having to go through some legal hoops currently (I assume with changes in ownership with Snapers passing) , but assured me everything is still moving forward and plans to have everything squared away and current within several weeks. I have had a good relationship with Chas over past several years, and I remain confident in good things to come”
