Since RMT D is owned by BNC M then whomever gets it, gets us. My far fetched view is it's a way of selling and keeping control.
Walters has a lot of shares here and should they become worth something he gains substantially. He is a smart guy. He may also be working on some of the new compliance issues recently passed dealing with shells.
Beats me but I've been here waiting with all the rest for years. Sure would be nice if he come through.
