I would rather take our time and go to the top then race for the middle. i think the reason we arent seeing much rise in pps right now is a combo of things. first we are still a real estate company and are just now making the transition into a cannabis company with start to finish involvement. Once that transition is complete and we start getting significant revenue on the books we will see locations popping up as the legal market expands into other states then on to a federal level. thats when we will see a real respectable stable PPS IMO The other thing currently holding this back is the painting everytime it starts to run up a little it seems like someone does whatever they can to paint it right back down to around 1 cent over and over.
