I have a strong dislike for the notion of raining on other people’s parades

That being said, I would like to know whether I might be missing something concerning the House Bill to make Hemp-derived CBD exempt from the drug exclusion clause

Please let me know if you’ve seen any information or argument that would make my analysis incorrect or incomplete
