Investment broker deal can change the arrangement at any time. Every CEO has a price.

Dick bailed on CZNI to buy Yuengling's. The purchase was a brilliant maneuver. He bought the ARSN shell for $15k. Then he leveraged ARSN to acquire Yuengling's in an Article 9 for a $1.8MM SBA loan assumption from Mid Penn Bank while shedding $3 mill of Yuengling's accumulated debt.

You have to give him credit where credit is due.

$15k out of pocket.

Now he has beverage industry veterans sitting on his advisory board who were selected by a food and beverage investment banking adviser salivating over the Yuengling's brand name.

I would say the man may be dead snake crooked but for sure is more savvy than the likes of his detractors.

Question now is if he is willing to compromise in order to capitalize?
