Uncle Dicky is COMPLETELY in control. Nobody is putting him "in check".
The other 2 guys lost control of the company and after Mid Penn Bank took this over, they made a deal with Dickson. It's his name on the loans and he bought the ticker.
He is here, and in control, until he doesn't want to be any longer or unless he defaults on one of the loans. (SBA or Mid Penn)

Being led around by people who tell you what you want to hear, is not only dangerous, it's not much of a trading strategy.
