It is very sequitur, very pointfull. They are going to pay over a 30% premium over yesterdays price to SHAREHOLDERS who tender, not DOC and scummy crew. Most investors would love a guaranteed 30% gain in a short period. The China offer has no guaranteed purchase at all. Do you guys not understand that aspect? A key point here is who do you trust to look out for shareholders, DOC or almost anyone else on the planet? And do you trust Chinese ownership at all?
