I strongly suspect they are in the final stages of ironing out the details associated with funding. Mark seems to be acting like he thinks final approval to announce funding is day to day. I like the way he’s self funding operations. If funding wasn’t expected SOON we would see a private placement or drastic measures to reduce costs.

I hope to see the air quality permit shortly followed by a funding announcement this quarter. The warrants could provide funds but right now the upcoming warrants are not “in the money” so they can probably expect those to expire.
