If you read what you posted carefully. It clearly states that they were a Nevada company. Then it says that they were spun off in a deal with Sovereign Oil. Which technically makes it an empty shell company. But then it says it caused a reverse merger with the California entity. Making the California company the surviving company. They spun off the Nevada company
