Also stated in the September pod something along the lines that he looks forward to becoming transparent with shareholders. I would trust everything you hear even less right now knowing that statement.

If urgency was there to split, Q's and K's would have come sooner. A split will be required sooner or later if they intend to be relevant again, I would expect with the new insurance changes and JRMC reopening this year.
