I would suggest you do the following which is common sense. Do about 4 minutes of homework on Brazil. Then determine how many times Brazil has changed their currency over the past 40 years. Then determine if Brasil is a politically stable company. It's not.

Then common sense will allow you to conclude that the Bolzans who are rich, very rich, do not have all their money in Brasil. If they don't which they don't, BSF will find it. I'm sorry but as I've always said, BSF and Parabellum have done their homework. There is not one piece of information that anyone has posted here about Delgado or GDSI that BSF or the litigation financier don't know. Not a thing. If you believe otherwise, hahh!!

I would also add that if there is a judgment for $150,000,000, there will be massive political pressure on Brasil to allow GDSI to collect. If you don't believe BSF and Parabellum (who is probably the #1 litigation finance firm in the U.S.) have not assessed the collectability of a judgment, that is laughable. If the individuals allow GDSI to get a judgment against them, that will be the stupidest move they can possibly make. I would bet a large amount of money that some of their money is in the U.S. And if you don't believe Parabellum has contacts to quickly find that money, once again hahh!!

Do I believe it will be easy to collect? No. Do I believe they will collect quickly? No. However and if Bill Isaacson has collected judgments from Chinese companies, he certainly can employ a strategy to collect from the Bolzans and Rontan.

The Bolzans should have settled this matter.

I actually believe the Bolzans are not properly informed who BSF is. My guess here is the litigation budget is millions and several million is dedicated to collection.
